The New Culinary Order
The 2010 IACP Annual Conference Committee and the Portland Host City Committee presented The New Culinary Order on April 21-24, 2010 in Portland, Oregon.
Led by Chairs Ken Rubin (of the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Portland) and Mike Thelin, these committees created a conference unlike any other in IACP history. Participants enjoyed each other's company, expanded their knowledge, and got an insider's view into the host city of Portland.
