The current exhibition of artist Liz Holzman’s work centers on Portland’s bridges and Architecture. She paints en plein air, a style of painting outdoors, capturing the immediacy of light, weather and image. Holzman’s work expresses a familiar sense of place and embodies a dialogue between the structured and the ephemeral.
