Facilitating the Dream: A Professional Development Seminar for Faculty and Staff

In their first year of school, students arrive turned on, ready for the challenges ahead. Along the way, those who are not intrinsically motivated, lose momentum. How can you get them turned on again? Learn how to reconnect them with their passion. Encourage innovative thinking in your classroom by developing specific habits, perspectives and attitudes. Build a toolbox of effective questions that encourage exploration and risk-taking. The right question at the right time cracks open self-limited beliefs and triggers insight. Learn about the single, most significant change you can make that will excite those students who are about to give up.
